Privacy Notice for Individuals Contacting OTCF S.A.,

Pursuant to Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”), OTCF S.A. with its registered office in Wieliczka, ul. Grottgera 30, 32-020 Wieliczka (“Company”) is the Controller, or the entity who determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

Data Protection Officer

The Company has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be contacted in matters of personal data protection and the exercise of the related rights. Purpose, legal basis and period of personal data processing by the Company

Personal information entered in contact forms or provided in any communication sent to us will be processed for the purpose of responding to the inquiry as described in the contact form/communication, on the basis of Article 6.1(f) of the GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of the Company, for the period necessary to exchange correspondence with relation to the inquiry, and then for retention purposes (but for no longer than 2 years).

The provision of data is voluntary but if you refuse to provide your data, we may be unable to respond or to exchange correspondence (answer your inquiry).

If you get in touch with OTCF S.A. Customer Service by phone, we would like you to understand that calls may be recorded to ensure the highest possible quality service and for documentary purposes (in case the content and process of the call and the arrangements made need to be evidenced) and then for retention purposes (but for no longer than 2 years), which reflects the legitimate interest of the Company under Article 6.1(f) of the GDPR.

Likewise, if you call OTCF S.A. Customer Service, the provision of your data is voluntary. If you do not wish to have your call recorded, please get in touch with us through other channels (e.g. by email).

Personal data transfers

Your personal information:

  • will not be transmitted to other entities by the Company; and
  • will not be transferred outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) by the Company.

Your rights in respect of your personal data being processed

You have the right to access the data held about you, and to have your data rectified (corrected) and to request erasure or restriction of the processing of your data.

You also have the right to object to the processing of the personal data held about you at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation.

Your data will not be subject to automated processing which could lead to making decisions regarding yourself that would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.

In addition to your rights above in respect of the processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland).
